Funmumsfitness and Wellbeing isn’t a normal mum and baby exercise class. Our classes are about respecting what our bodies have been through, and celebrating what they’re capable of, in a supportive and empowering environment, through tailor made sessions.
I want to provide women with a different experience. I don’t talk about ‘bouncing back’, or meeting society’s expectations. I talk about empowering ourselves, and meeting our own goals.
OUR TRAINING
As a qualified postnatal personal trainer in Woking and Guildford, Surrey, I educate women on their postnatal body to help them recover and gain strength in a safe way that helps them keep up with their busy lives.
I don’t just teach as ‘postnatal experts’; we teach as mums too. I have been at the stage you’re at now, and I have felt the same need to overcome body anxieties. So join me and find the like-minded community you’ve been waiting for.

OUR HISTORY
I am a personal trainer working in Woking and Guildford in Surrey., offering specialist post-baby exercise classes in the UK.
I understand the importance of exercising well and eating well and for a long time have known how important fitness and nutrition is to us. I bring something different to Funmumsfitness and Wellbeing with passion and commitment.

A healthy lifestyle can be attained by maintaining a balanced diet which provides all the important nutrients and minerals to the body, with the right amounts of macro-nutrients and food groups.

HOW I HELP
Personal training is not the same as personal training after a baby. Your body is different and we need to treat it differently. I don’t overcome issues by ignoring them, I meet them head-on with kindness, confidence and exercise plans unique to what your body needs.
I often work with women who have come from a different personal training experience, where their needs have not been considered, or training was a matter of doing what worked before having a baby.
I also offer a mobile personal training option, so if you have a child and struggle to get to the gym then I am happy to train you in your home environment.
Our unique combination of strength training and sweaty classes offer mums an amazing balance of physical strength and fitness after birth, in safe ways tailored to you.
