Pre- & Postnatal Personal Trainer in Surrey 

I offer personal training in Woking and Guildford, Surrey and online personal training. Do you want to maximise the success of your fitness journey? Together we’ll create a personalised workout plan, including exercise, nutrition and the day to day support that allows you to feel happy and confident in your own body. 
Women committed to their goals are more likely to succeed with the support of a 1-1 trainer cheering you on every step of the way. You’ll receive the same energy, spirit and motivation as you will in group classes, while using trackable, realistic goal setting and the professional support that allows you to adapt your plan throughout your journey. 
We have a fully equipped private studios in and around Woking for Personal Training sessions.Come on your own or pair up with your friend. You will feel safe and secure in our studio! There is no – one to watch you, like in a commercial gym. Your trainer is a Mum, too, so she fully understands a women’s body after giving birth. 

Postnatal Mother & Baby Yoga 

Our Postnatal Yoga sessions offer a gentle “return to fitness” for mums, after giving birth. We also include some baby yoga and at the end of every session we take time to relax, breathe and bond with your little ones. 
Our Mother & Baby Yoga classes are not just about exercising, it’s a brilliant opportunity for you to meet with other Mums to share your happy moments, struggles and experiences as a new Mother. 

Baby Massage 

Baby massages have a variety benefits. With each gentle stroke, your baby will feel nurtured and loved, strengthening the bond between the two of you. Massages will also allow your baby to feel more relaxed, which may improve their sleep. 
Baby massages are a great way to bring you and your little one closer. Trust and communication develop as you interact with your baby. Your calming touch will make your baby feel loved and cared for, too. 

8 week Body Reboot Program Not Just for Mums 

Our 8 week long Body Reboot Program educates mums on how to create good habits on nutrition, make the right choices around food which will lead them to their healthiest selves
We support them to reach their goals, to nourish their body and enjoy theadvantages of their new lifestyle. This includes like weight loss, shaping, toning, being more energised, having fewer health problems and having good mental health. 
We tailor make the workouts for your needs. We help you with nutrition in a way that is suitable and sustainable for you – it is not a general meal plan.We tell you to stop and rest when you need to, and we push you when you need it.We are Mums, we know about breastfeeding and workouts, sleepless nights, weak pelvic floor and knee pains.You will be a part of a supportive community, that will keep you going. 

Mum and Baby workout class 

Looking for a mum and baby exercise class in Woking and Guildford? Have you ever lifted your child up and worried what might happen to your pelvic floor? 
Us too! Our mum and baby (or child!) workout is designed to teach you safe postnatal strength training to gain confidence and acceptance while you learn to love your body. We focus on strengthening your core your pelvic floor but make sure you have a good workout at the same time! 
Get tailored advice and workout tips to make the session really work for you and meet a whole tribe of like-minded mums at the same time.

Sweaty Evening Workouts 

Do you want to smash your workouts without your children? 
Have you recovered from pregnancy and giving birth but still want to train in a way what is safe for postnatal women? 
If yes, our evening sessions are for you! They are 30 minutes long, intense small group trainings, so we can still keep an eye on all of you! Get tailored advice and a sweaty workout tips and meet a whole tribe of like-minded mums at the same time.
