Healthy eating means eating a variety of food which give you the nutrients you need to maintain your health, feel good and fuel your body for energy. 
Nutrients are important for everyone. What ever you eat can affect your immune system, your mood , your energy level. 
When good nutrition combined with physical activity you are able to maintain a healthy weight. Eating well is the way to help your body to stay strong and healthy. 
Eating well should mean nourishing your body by giving the all necessary components to it. Body requires macronutrients (protein, carbohydrate, fat) and micronutrients which are vitamins and minerals. 
This is the type of eating what we are teaching you and providing you with our recipe book in our Body Transformation Program. 
People think quite often that if we live a healthy lifestyle, we do sport and we eat healthy food, we only eat salad or we don't like eating that is why we are slim. 
That is absolutely wrong especially on me. I am a chef, cooking is one of my passion, my hobby. I love tasting, trying different food plus I am in a Turkish family who are extremely passionate about food. 
What I want to tell you is that it is possible to nourish yourself with comforting, tasty and a wide variety of food which supply you all the important components you need and stay healthy in the meantime. 
We do not just want to tell you that it is possible, we do want to also show you how to do it. 
This is the reason why Funmumsfitness’ s recipe book was made by me and why I feel it is a real passion of mine.
