You know how much we LOVE to listening to podcasts. They keep me entertained when I’m driving to Surrey from home (Devon) and back home, when I’m training or cooking or running… Basically anytime, when my children are not around and I don’t have to listen to songs from Frozen, it’s podcast time for me. Do you listen to podcasts as well? Which one is your favourite? 
If you read our blogs, you also know that our passion is pre & postnatal fitness. I could talk about it for hours! 
So when Profound Fitness invited me to talk about training during and after pregnancy on their podcast series, I was over the Moon!  
Profound Fitness’ Podcasts are very informative, very professional and there are always loads to learn from them. Before the podcast of course I was excited and nervous but I feel that I was able to manage to talk about everything that could be important for a pregnant or new Mumma.
